Twinbell Launch Partners was founded on the belief that people are the heart of every thriving organization. We exist to help mission-driven businesses and nonprofits invest in their people so they can create meaningful, lasting impact. Originally from Baku, Azerbaijan, our founder Faina Bukher immigrated to the United States as a child and grew up in Brooklyn, New York — an experience that taught her the value of opportunity, belonging, and community. Those early lessons continue to shape the foundation of our work today: creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Now based in New Hampshire, Faina lives with her husband Greg and their twin boys, who keep her curious, grounded, and inspired. She is bilingual in Russian and a commissioned Notary Signing Agent — a role she holds to better support clients and community members with accessible, mobile, and trustworthy services.
We approach every engagement with curiosity, collaboration, and clarity — ensuring that learning experiences are human-centered, accessible, and aligned with each organization’s goals.
Our work builds on decades of experience in workforce development, sustainability, and education, including leadership training with B Corps, ESOPs, and values-driven enterprises. Before launching Twinbell, Faina served as Apprenticeship Coordinator and Instructional Designer at ReVision Energy, New England's leading employee-owned solar installer, where she led manager training programs grounded in B Corp values. Her work included curriculum design, facilitator development, and building mentorship frameworks that supported both team growth and individual success.
With more than 20 years in higher education, she has specialized in student affairs, career development, and community engagement — helping learners and leaders grow in ways that last. As Director of the Changemaker Collaborative at the University of New Hampshire’s Sustainability Institute, she led strategy, staff development, and student-leadership initiatives that empowered emerging changemakers to connect purpose with practice. Faina holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, an M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. in Women’s Studies and Sociology from SUNY Purchase.
We proudly serve organizations, schools, nonprofits and businesses across New Hampshire and greater New England — collaborating to create a more equitable, skilled, and connected workforce. Our partnerships have included Austin17House (Youth Workforce Development), ReVision Energy (Manager Apprenticeship Program), the University of New Hampshire (Leadership and Sustainability Education), and Scrapp (Waste Data Software – Board Member). Each partnership reflects our commitment to developing people, programs, and communities that contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future.
